Software is taking over, and while it does, it gets harder to really know what you need and how you will use it. Let me be your guide. Together we will look at your needs and the needs of your company. We will decide upon the software to use and how to use it. We might decide to change your current software subscriptions but we might also just use those familiar tools in a better way.
What do you do and how do you do it. What are your priorities and what do you want to achieve?
New methods require good planning. All users must carry the new project and support it.

Born and raised in Bruges, Belgium but now a proud resident in Oslo Norway.
My career actually started in 2000 when I started working in Arts Centre Vooruit in Ghent, Belgium. First on the floor
as a liaison between the Arts Centre and the event organizers and later as production manager.
Ever since I was a child I was intrigued by technology my father brought home from work. First the
Texas Instrument computer that I used to learn to program the 'snake game' (http://tibasicdev.wikidot.com/snake).
And later the first Macintosh computers I was only allowed to look at...
There were no topics at school at that time so basically, I am self-made when it comes to understanding programming and code.
Maybe that is the reason I understand end-users so well. Having to start from scratch, feeling lost and starting over again.
Anyway, my interest endorsed me to always look for patterns and ways to optimize workflows. And so it did at the Arts Centre. Together with a colleague we created our own Microsoft Access databases, connected them to Excel files ... and automated our workflows. Later on, we convinced the management of the need for more state of the art solutions. Long story short... Yesplan (www.yesplan.be) was born.
I took some side steps but my heart pushed me towards the thing I love most: The combination of Arts and technology.
As a consultant, I have trained people and analyzed workflows in organizations all over Europe. From Tanzquartier in Vienna, Austria to Shetland Arts Development Agency in Scotland. From Olavshallen in Trondheim, Norway to Concertgebouw Brugge in Belgium. Have a look at the list in my references if you like to see all of them.
Will you be the next one I work with? I love to share my knowledge, so get in touch!
